Accounting & Business Coordinator

Kristin interfaces on accounting, company CPA’s, vendor, operations and research matters. She works closely with third party service providers to facilitate legal, accounting and business issues. She also works with TKH and RTA principals on their charitable and civic activities, Board of Director service and community outreach.

She assists with the Government Relations coordination for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Chair for the state of New Mexico, Anne Keshen.

She assists the Principals, Legal & Project Director and Manager in evaluating closing statements for project refinancing(s), project pay off amounts and loan costs. She assists in managing bank accounts and establishing new banking account relationships for projects owned. She maintains data bases and reviews property management reports for accuracy and cost containment opportunities. She attends company meetings and participates in phone calls, keeping records of discussion points, to assure proper follow up and keep company members updated.

She assists the company and their holdings in maintaining entity and accounting records, insurance for assets owned and compiles and reviews spreadsheets, financial statements and contracts that affect business operations and accounting. She is proficient in Excel, Microsoft Access, Adobe Dreamweaver and coordinates with company members the social media and outreach functions.

Kristin is completing her accounting degree at Pepperdine University Seaver College. She has studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina and traveled extensively during her time there.

She has working knowledge of Mandarin and Spanish. She is also the Financial Vice President of Gamma Phi Beta as well as an active member of the Pepperdine Accounting Society and the National Spanish Honor Society. She has volunteered extensively in her community and other parts of the world.
