Skyler Sanders

Legal & Project Director

Skyler participates in the legal and project coordination of project re- financings, new and existing projects, facilitating relationships with existing and prospective tenants, and assists with both project asset management and corporate operations. He is also involved with due diligence, entity formation, legal research, and document coordination.

Skyler is a graduate of Brigham Young University and is currently a second year
law student at Pepperdine University School. He is a fellow of the Geoffrey
H. Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law where he is receiving
dual certificates in business finance and real estate. Skyler is also a member
of the Pepperdine Law Review, director of marketing for the Palmer Center, Vice
President of Pepperdine’s J. Reuben Clark Law Society, and a student mentor.
Recently his advocacy team placed first in an entrepreneurial business plan
competition at the Palmer Center.

Prior to attending law school, Skyler worked at a disability law firm, held a
number of IT jobs, assisted his family’s real estate company, and was a co-
founder of Flash Productions.
