American Cinematheque

Anne Keshen is Vice President of the Board of Directors of The American Cinematheque in Los Angeles, the leading arts charity dedicated to film’s influential and global role as an art form.

The Cinematheque’s highly acclaimed programs and events are held at The Egyptian Theatre, home of the world’s first movie premiere and at The Aero Theatre on Montana Ave in Santa Monica, CA.

The Cinematheque has been at the forefront of Hollywood’s most recent real estate renaissance, due its successful renovation, redevelopment and operation of the historic Egyptian Theatre on famed Hollywood Blvd, which has been a catalyst to new investment and development projects in Hollywood.

The Egyptian Theatre is a recipient of a National Trust for Historic Preservation Award and has been featured on the cover of Urban Land Magazine for its iconic architecture and the vital role it has played in entertainment and the history of film.

The Cinematheque also restored and operates The Aero Theatre on Montana Avenue in Santa Monica, CA, a popular film destination for Santa Monica residents and a centerpiece of the vibrant Montana Ave shopping district.
